Specialty Services (Additional Fee's)

  • Accept deliveries: furniture/appliance etc (at homeowner’s property), smaller packages (at business address & deliver upon next inspection)

  • Provide recommendations/referrals for vendors (ie: housekeeping, landscaping, electrician, plumbing, etc) from our network of trustworthy, dependable local contacts and we can setup and manage appointments for work to be done, repairs, etc

  • Winter/Freeze preparation (limited)

  • Hurricane preparation (limited to taking in outdoor items, taking in outdoor furniture etc - does not include installing hurricane shutters, sandbagging, etc)
