A caretaker is kind of what a Home Watch or Homewatch caretaker is but we work on many properties and provide all sorts of additional services that a normal caretaker does not. We also don’t live or reside on premises as the proper caretaker does. We charge a weekly fee (normally, though this is custom for the clients needs) instead of a yearly or monthly salary. We do a lot more than a caretaker as well. A home watch or homewatch company is a caretaker and much more.
